Cancellation Request Timeline

Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Check-In
- No refund will be provided after booking.
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the check-in date, subject to availability.
- The rescheduled date must fall within the original booking period.
- The total booking amount for the new date should match the original booking amount.
- The number of persons must remain the same as in the original booking.
- Additional charges may apply if these conditions are not met.

- No refund will be issued.
